Clear Detrics Cache

If the app is showing unexpected errors or not responding, try cleaning your cache following these steps.
A video step-by-step explanation is available at the end of this guide.

How to Clear Cache

Open a spreadsheet

Open a new Google Spreadsheet or click here to create a new sheet directly.

Launch Detrics

Go to Extensions → Detrics → Open to launch the Detrics sidebar.

Right click → Inspect

Right-click anywhere on the page and select “Inspect” from the context menu.

Click on the >> symbol

In the Developer Tools panel, click on the >> symbol (usually next to Network tab).

Click on Application

From the dropdown menu, select “Application” tab.

Click on Clear site data

In the Application tab, find and click the “Clear site data” button.

Exit and reload page

Close the Developer Tools and reload the entire page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R).

Re-launch Detrics

Go to Extensions → Detrics → Open again to re-launch the sidebar.

Run desired queries

Now you can run your queries with a fresh cache.
