## Special Events Hourly Report
This template is designed for monitoring and analyzing special events, campaigns, or time-sensitive activities with hourly granularity. Perfect for:

### How to Use This Template
Follow these steps to set up and use the Special Events Hourly Report template:
Go to [this template file](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yXgyR0XXvJy9-WV5cy5E1pqCVGFlhoM4pfaVLlvauvc/edit?gid=321005385#gid=321005385) and then **File > Make a Copy > Name your file > Make a Copy**
If you've never installed Detrics before, install it first. If you've already installed Detrics, continue.
In your new file, navigate to **Extensions > Detrics > Launch Detrics** in the menu bar
If it's the first time you open Detrics, connect at least 1 data source by clicking the **"Connect Data Source"** button. Select one data source from all the available options and complete the authentication process. If you have used Detrics in the past, go to the next step.
**Note:** The images below are illustrative. You can connect as many data sources as you'd like.
Select **"Connect Data Source"** again, scroll down and select **Google Sheets**.

In the Detrics navigation menu, go to **"See Queries"** and then select **"Import"**. Queries will be created for Facebook (Meta) Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
If any of the data sources mentioned above have not been connected to Detrics, a pop-up will showcase which ones need to be connected. Connect by clicking **"Connect Data Source"** from the pop-up. If you don't want to connect, click **"Proceed Anyway"**.
For each data source, select the account from which you want to download data. If you don't have accounts for any data source, ignore it.
Run the queries by clicking the blue box next to the search bar inside the **"See Queries"** menu
In the **"See Queries"** section of the Detrics navigation bar, select the pencil icon to enter "edit" mode. Select the **"Time Frame"** dropdown and choose the **"Start date"** you want (we recommend it being the day the event starts) and select **"Today"** as the end date
